I have a map problem. I've blogged about this before, most recently when I splurged and got myself
this map for my birthday in January. I can stare at a map for a long, long time. This may be why I know my way around LA and Dallas better than friends who've lived there far longer than me. Yes, that means I stare at road maps, google maps and the like. Look, if you're going to have a problem, knowing where you are going, even if it's like "Oh shit, pretty sure this road hits Crenshaw and that is
not where we want to be," is an okay problem to have.
Anyhow, when I saw
this little site that designs beautifully simple prints, I knew it wouldn't be long before I'd be trying to select which of their maps would go where in my apartment. Just when I thought my walls were nicely filled and I was on my way to budgeting this month,
These Are Things is all, "Sorry, but you're going to have to buy
another map."
